Located in the San Francisco Bay Area in the city of Antioch, California, my specialty law practice focuses primarily on motor carrier safety, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance issues, trucking law, regulatory and administrative law, and transportation law.  As a former DOT Senior Trial Attorney, I have the working knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and I am uniquely qualified to represent you and your interests when dealing with the DOT.  I represent both individuals and corporate trucking clients, interstate trucking companies, motor coach companies, independent operators, company truck drivers, hazardous materials shippers, and others involved in transporting passengers or goods and whose business operations fall within the jurisdiction of the FMCSA or the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) [formerly the Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA)].  I also provide advice and counsel to transportation consultants and other attorneys working in the transportation field.
